Refund policy

At Natta Studio, each piece is handmade with care in small batches. As such, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

In case the exact item is no longer available due to limited quantities, we will issue a store credit or voucher of equal value, which you can use for future purchases.
